ABOUT THE PROJECT
#GrowingGoals is a campaign created to support teens navigating anxiety and depression. Through thoughtful graphic design, each product is intended not only to raise awareness but also to provide direct, practical support.
One example is the trading card series, which assigns teens a new task each month. These activities are designed to help ease anxiety and depression by encouraging positive habits such as spending time with friends, engaging in personal hobbies, or getting outside to exercise.
